Pilot Program I

 

The purchase and development of properties throughout City of Philadelphia, PA for the direct and immedate  benefit of Philadelphia and its Residents!

*A percentage of properties per district acquired may be sold immediately to like-minded Network Partners to provide immediate financial support and relief to the community.

 

 *Remaining properties will be developed into various types of Affordable and Low-Income Housing i.e. Senior, Veteran, Shared, Assisted, Special Needs, Wheelchair Accessible etc., for various housing programs and agencies. Community gathering & Green Spaces will be developed and supported where feasible or necessary.  

 

• 100% of the Distributable Net Profits received from approx. 1/2 of the properties developed per district - will be placed into an account(s) and businesses controlled by a Trust and overseen by community-based boards (*Overseen and monitored by Macey’s Enterprises and/or our appointees), The People and The City of Philadelphia for full transparency and accountability! 

 

• Macey’s Enterprises, LLC will donate up to 25% of our company’s remaining net distributable profits into the other communities throughout Philadelphia until we can reach them with our "People Over Profits" Pilot Programs and community support.

• Remaining phases will be a repeat of Phase I, with remaining Phases (two districts per phase) to commence preferably upon two thirds of each preceding phase being in progress or completed. ​
