Pilot Program I

 

The purchase and development of properties throughout City of Philadelphia, PA for the benefit of Philadelphia and it’s Residents

 

Phase I-- Districts Three & Eight 

*A percentage of properties per district acquired may be sold immediately to like-minded Network Partners to provide immediate financial support and relief to the community.

 

 *Remaining properties will be developed into Affordable (*Income Based Housing), Senior, Veteran, Shared/Assisted and Special Needs Accessible Housing, Turn-The-Key and similar programs, Community & Green Spaces where feasible or necessary etc. and used to maintain themselves and others forever. 100% of all net profits from the sale, rental of approximately 1/2 of the properties after operating expenses will be donated/reinvested back into the districts Forever! 

 

• 100% of the Net Profits received from approx. 1/2 of the properties per district - will be placed into an account(s) and businesses controlled by community-based boards (Overseen by Macey’s Enterprises, The People and The City of Philadelphia through Trusts and other means Forever! 

 

• Macey’s Enterprises, LLC will donate up to 25% of our company’s remaining net profits from other business conducted in PA into the other communities throughout Philadelphia until we can reach them with property development and community support.

• Remaining phases will be a repeat of Phase I, with remaining Phases (two districts per phase) to commence preferably upon two thirds of each preceding phase being in progress or completed. ​
