Pilot Program I

 

The purchase and development of properties throughout City of Philadelphia, PA for the benefit of Philadelphia and it’s Residents

 

Phase I-- Districts Three & Five 

*A percentage of properties per district acquired will be sold immediately to like-minded Network Partners to provide immediate financial support and relief to the community.

 

 *Remaining properties will be developed into Affordable/Mixed-(*Income Based Housing), Senior, Veteran, Shared/Assisted and Special Needs Accessible Housing, Turn-The-Key (and similar programs, Community & Green Spaces etc.… and used to maintain themselves and others forever. 100% of all net profits from the sale, rental of approximately 1/2 of the properties after operating expenses will be donated/reinvested back into districts Forever! 

 

• 100% of the Net Profits received from approx. 1/2 of the properties per district - will be placed into an account(s) and businesses controlled by community-based boards (Overseen by Macey’s Enterprises and/or appointees) through Trusts and other means Forever! 

 

• Macey’s Enterprises, LLC will donate up to 25% of our company’s remaining net profits from all business conducted in PA into the other communities throughout Philadelphia until we can reach them with property development and community support.

• Remaining phases will be a repeat of Phase I, with remaining Phases (two districts per phase) to commence preferably upon two thirds of each preceding phase being in progress or completed. Various Services, and Programs not already available and supported within communities will begin to be created upon completion of the first round of development being completed for each district.
