Pilot Program II
 
Macey’s Enterprises LLC will collaborate with our Local, State and Federal Governments to fulfill various types of RFP’S throughout the City of Philadelphia and the Tristate Area

➢ Fifty Percent of the Net Profits received from all City RFP’S in this program - will be utilized to benefit the people of Philadelphia via our Local City Government and Agencies via an Irrevocable-Trust maintained and overseen by Macey’s Enterprises LLC in collaboration with the City of Philadelphia Forever! All RFP’s will be developed with 50% of all net profits from the sale or rental of the development(s) reinvested back into Philadelphia via our Local City Government and Agencies Forever!

➢Remaining Net Profits up to 25% or more donated/reinvested back into the other districts throughout Philadelphia until we can reach them with development.

➢RFP Workforce - Members of our International Trade Unions will be Exclusively and Soley used for all development RFP’s for Pilot Program II to the greatest extent feasible!
